Facebook (professional account)

If you don’t have a Facebook business page, we suggest you create one. To do so, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below.

Here’s a description of how to add administrators to your Facebook page:

  1. Go to your company ‘s Facebook page and click on Pages :

2. If you manage several pages, please select the one to which you wish to give access:

3. If you are not currently on your professional page, you will need to switch to the correct page(switch now):

4. Then select Manage:

5. On the left of your page, under the Professional Dashboard, in the‘Your Tools‘ section, choose the‘Page access‘ option:

6. In the‘Person with task access‘ section, click on Add New. A window appears, click Next. Enter ‘lorianne.douville’ or “[email protected]” in the search bar:

7. Click on Lori-Anne. The next window appears, in which you must set everything to yes (blue) and click on
Give Access.

That’s all there is to it!

Instagram (linked to Facebook)

Make sure your professional Instagram page is linked to your Facebook account.

Is it better to have a Facebook business page to manage my social networks?


Creating a Facebook business page for your company is an excellent idea, especially if you want to increase your online visibility. To create a Facebook pro page in just a few simple steps, you’ll need to :

  1. Register on Facebook with a personal account.
  2. Click on “Create”, then on “Page” at the top right of the screen.
  3. Fill in your company information (name, category, description).
  4. Choose the visuals for your profile and cover.
  5. Add additional information such as your company address, website, etc.
  6. Choose a username for your page.
